Building Use Request
Your group will be responsible for set-up and clean-up for this event unless other arrangements are made in advance.
This will include:
Throwing away all uneaten food items. No food is to be left on the counters or in the refrigerator.
Taking out the trash to the dumpster and putting new liners in the trash cans.
Sweeping the floors in the areas that were used.
Washing, drying, and putting away all dishes that were used.
Emptying and cleaning the coffee pots (if used).
Cleaning the front doors (if needed).
Leaving the building in the state it was found, if not better.
Making sure all lights are turned off - restrooms and outdoor lights especially.
Making sure all doors are completely shut and locked - side doors in the hallway especially.
