Your group will be responsible for set-up and clean-up for this event unless other arrangements are made in advance.

This will include:

  • Throwing away all uneaten food items. No food is to be left on the counters or in the refrigerator.

  • Taking out the trash to the dumpster and putting new liners in the trash cans.

  • Sweeping the floors in the areas that were used.

  • Washing, drying, and putting away all dishes that were used.

  • Emptying and cleaning the coffee pots (if used).

  • Cleaning the front doors (if needed).

  • Leaving the building in the state it was found, if not better.

  • Making sure all lights are turned off - restrooms and outdoor lights especially.

  • Making sure all doors are completely shut and locked - side doors in the hallway especially.
